Загальні положення

Збірник наукових праць «Гематологія і переливання крові» публікує оригінальні та оглядові роботи з актуальних проблем гематології та трансфузіології. При підготовці та оформленні статей автори мають керуватися положеннями, розробленими редакцією на підставі рекомендацій Державної атестаційної колегії МОН України та “Єдиних вимог до рукописів, які подаються у біомедичні журнали. Правила написання та редагування матеріалів”, розроблених Міжнародним комітетом редакторів медичних журналів (Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals (ICMJE Recommendations, formerly the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts); http://www.icmje.org). Статті публікуються: українською/російською та англійською мовами.

Порядок подання рукописів

Для розгляду питання про публікацію статті до редакції збірника необхідно надіслати поштою або представити особисто:

  1. рукопис (роздруківку) статті українською або англійською мовою, підписаний на останній сторінці всіма авторами;
  2. ліцензійний договір на використання твору у двох примірниках. Текст договору на вимогу авторів надсилається редколегією;
  3. відомості про всіх авторів із зазначенням прізвища, імені та по батькові, наукового ступеня, вченого звання, посади та місця роботи (українською та англійською мовами);
  4. супровідний лист-клопотання з організації, де була виконана робота (або лист автора);
  5. електронну версію статті, повністю ідентичну роздруківці; назву файла треба вказувати відповідно до прізвища першого автора.

Електронні версії статті можна надіслати електронною поштою на адресу редакції:  igt2@ukr.net.

Обсяг оригінальної статті не повинен перевищувати 12 сторінок, оглядової – 20. Більший обсяг статті допускається в індивідуальному порядку, за рішенням редколегії.

Технічні вимоги до тексту статті

Приймаються статті, набрані в редакторі МS Word for Windows (шрифт Times New Roman, кегль 14, через 1,5 інтервалу, розмір паперу А4 (210 х 297 мм), поля з усіх боків – по 2 см, сторінки пронумеровані). Якщо при підготовці статті у програмі Word була використана функція “Рецензування”, то перед тим, як зберегти файл, потрібно відмінити функцію “Рецензування”, після чого використати функцію “Прийняти всі зміни в документі”.

Послідовність розміщення матеріалу статті:

  1. заголовок статті;
  2. прізвища авторів, ініціали;
  3. установа, де виконана робота;
  4. резюме;
  5. ключові слова  – від 5 до 7 слів або словосполучень, що розкривають зміст статті; Якщо мова статті українська, то заголовок статті, прізвища авторів, ініціали установа, де виконана робота, резюме та ключові слова наводяться також англійською.  Якщо мова статті англійська, то заголовок статті, прізвища авторів, ініціали установа, де виконана робота, резюме та ключові слова наводяться також українською.
  6. текст статті;
  7. список використаної літератури;

Заголовок статті має бути максимально коротким, інформативним, без скорочень. Якщо автори статті працюють в різних установах, то біля кожного прізвища (надрядковою цифрою в кінці) вказують, хто в якій установі працює. Автор, який відповідає за листування, має чітко зазначити, чи можна наводити при публікації статті його електронну адресу.

На останній сторінці – прізвище, ім’я та по батькові, поштова та електронна адреси, номери телефонів (службовий, домашній або мобільний) автора, з яким редакція має спілкуватися.

Резюме оригінальної статті (не менше 1800 знаків без пробілів з урахуванням назви, але без урахування П. І. Б. авторів) має бути структурованим, тобто, в ньому повторюються заголовки рубрик статті: а) мета; б) матеріали і методи; в) результати; г) висновки. Резюме оглядових та інших статей неструктуровані.

Текст. Стаття має бути ретельно відредагована та вивірена авторами. Виправлення і позначення від руки не допускаються. Виклад матеріалу має бути чітким, без довгих вступів і повторів. Усі позначення і найменування одиниць фізичних величин повинні бути подані у відповідності до Міжнародної системи одиниць (СІ). Якщо дослідження виконувалося на приладах, які дають показники в інших одиницях, необхідно останні перевести в систему СІ, подавши несистемні одиниці в круглих дужках. Назви хвороб – за Міжнародною класифікацією хвороб останнього перегляду; назви фармакологічних препаратів – за Міжнародними непатентованими назвами (INN). Скорочення слів не допускаються, за винятком загальновживаних. Абревіатури (лише великими буквами) включаються в текст тільки після їх першого згадування з повним розшифруванням. Дані, представлені в таблицях, не повинні дублювати дані рисунків і тексту, та навпаки.

Автори несуть повну відповідальність за зміст та вірогідність наведених у статті даних.

Оригінальні статті повинні містити такі чітко розмежовані розділи: 1) вступ; 2) мета дослідження; 3) матеріали і методи; 4) результати та їх обговорення; 5) висновки; 6) висловлення вдячності 7) список використаної літератури. Інші статті можуть бути неструктуровані.

Вступ Коротко висвітлюються: постановка проблеми у загальному вигляді та її зв’язок із важливими науковими чи практичними завданнями; аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій, в яких започатковано розв’язання даної проблеми та на які спирається автор, виділення невирішених раніше частин загальної проблеми, котрим присвячується означена стаття.

Мета статті (постановка завдання). Коротко і чітко формулюються мета дослідження, або ж гіпотеза, яка перевіряється.

Матеріали і методи. Стисло, але чітко мають бути описані дизайн дослідження і аналіз даних, таким чином, щоб інші дослідники могли відтворити результати дослідження. Наводять посилання на загальноприйняті методи, короткий опис і посилання на детальний виклад вже опублікованих, але ще недостатньо відомих методів, опис нових і суттєво модифікованих методів, обґрунтовують їх застосування. Детально описують тільки нові методи. Назви апаратів, матеріалів і реактивів, фірм, слід подавати в оригіналі (без перекладу). В цьому розділі слід чітко і детально описати, яким чином відбирались хворі для спостережень або тварини для експериментів (в т. ч. контрольні групи), включаючи критерії відбору та виключення.

В експериментальних дослідженнях слід зазначити вид, стать та кількість тварин, методи анестезії при маніпуляціях або заборі у них проб, матеріалів для лабораторних досліджень, способи евтаназії тварин згідно з “Правилами проведення робіт з використанням експериментальних тварин”.

Клінічні дослідження мають проводитися згідно зі стандартами “Належної клінічної практики” (Good Clinical Practice) і принципами Гельсінкської Декларації. Учасники дослідження мають бути ознайомлені з метою та основними положеннями дослідження, після чого повинні підписати письмово оформлену згоду на участь в дослідженні.

Авторам необхідно навести деталі вказаної процедури при описі протоколу дослідження і вказати, що Комітет з медичної етики схвалив протокол дослідження.

В кінці розділу “Матеріали і методи” виділяється підрозділ “Обробка даних”, в якому вказується, якими методами обробки даних користувався автор. При описі структури дослідження і статистичних методів необхідно вказати, який статистичний пакет, які комп’ютерні програми, доступні для пересічного користувача, було використано при статистичному опрацюванні результатів. За можливості, рекомендується використання стандартних статистичних методів з посиланням на відомі посібники. Для нетрадиційних або нових статистичних методів слід наводити відповідні посилання, в яких опубліковано детальний опис застосовуваних математичних методів і алгоритмів.

Автори оглядових статей повинні включити в них розділ, в якому описуються методи, використані для знаходження, відбору, отримання інформації та синтезу даних.

Результати та їх обговорення – виклад основного матеріалу дослідження з повним обґрунтуванням отриманих наукових результатів.

Результати. Їх належить представляти в логічній послідовності в тексті, в таблицях і рисунках. В тексті не варто повторювати дані таблиць і рисунків, потрібно говорити лише про їх порівняння. Підсумовуючи кількісні дані, необхідно наводити не лише відносні (наприклад, відсотки), але й абсолютні їх значення, а також вказувати, які статистичні методи були застосовані для їх аналізу.

Ілюстрації. Рисунки мають бути чіткими, фотографії – контрастними. Рисунки розміщуються в тексті, назви рисунків і підписи до них подаються під рисунками. У підрисункових підписах мають бути пояснені всі криві, букви, цифри, інші умовні позначення. Посилання на основний текст допускаються, щоб уникнути повторів і неясностей. У підписах до мікрофотографій потрібно вказати ступінь збільшення та метод забарвлення.Графіки і діаграми мають бути виконані як діаграми Word або у форматі MS Excel. Вони повинні містити всі необхідні позначення координатних осей, кривих, інших деталей. Всі лінії, криві, символи, позначення осей мають бути зображені чітко (лінії кривих товщі координатних осей). Всі написи на рисунках виконуються мовою статті.

Таблиці повинні бути наочними, мати назву і порядковий номер, містити стислі, необхідні дані. В них мають бути чітко вказані розмірність показників і форма подання даних (M±m; M±SD; Mt; Mo; перцентилі тощо). Всі цифри, підсумки і відсотки в таблицях мають бути ретельно вивіреними і відповідати згадуванням у тексті. На кожну таблицю має бути посилання в тексті. Всі пояснення, включаючи розшифровку абревіатур подаються в примітках. Назви таблиць подаються над таблицями.

Формули слід подавати у форматі MS Equation, нумерують їх у круглих дужках праворуч. Формули великого розміру записуються у кілька рядків. В математичних формулах слід виділити курсив, великі та малі букви, які мало відрізняються за своїм написанням: P і p, C і c, К і k тощо.

Обговорення. Містить лише інтерпретацію результатів, а не їх повторення. Слід виділити нові і важливі аспекти результатів проведеного дослідження, проаналізувати можливі механізми чи трактування цих даних, за можливості зіставити їх з даними інших дослідників. В обговорення можна включити обґрунтовані рекомендації для практики та можливі перспективи застосування отриманих результатів у майбутніх дослідженнях.

Висновки. В них формулюються результати вирішення проблеми, вказаної у заголовку і меті статті.

Висловлення вдячності (у разі необхідності).

Інформація про фінансування. Необхідно вказувати джерело фінансування — усі особи й організації, що надали фінансову підтримку дослідженню (у вигляді грантів, дарування або надання обладнання, реактивів, витратних матеріалів, ліків тощо), а також ті, хто брав іншу фінансову або особисту участь, що може призвести до конфлікту інтересів. Указувати розмір фінансування не потрібно.

Список використаної літератури для оригінальних робіт не повинен перевищувати 20 джерел, оглядів – 50 джерел, перевагу слід надавати публікаціям останніх років. Джерела літератури подають у порядку згадування в тексті. Посилання в тексті позначають арабськими цифрами у квадратних дужках. Посилання на неопубліковані роботи не допускаються. За правильність наведених у списку літератури даних відповідальність несуть автор(и). Список літератури оформлювати згідно стилю Vancouver. . З рекомендаціями щодо формування списку літератури можна ознайомитись за посиланням:

або на інших ресурсах. Список оформлюється у двох варіантах – «Література» – мовою оригіналу та «Referencеs» – англійською мовою.

Множинні публікації. Редакція не розглядає рукописи, одночасно представлені для публікації в інші журнали, а також роботи, які в основному вже були опубліковані у вигляді статті або стали частиною іншої роботи, представленої або прийнятої для публікації іншим друкованим виданням або електронним засобом масової інформації. Це не виключає можливості розгляду статті, не прийнятої до публікації іншим журналом, або повного опису, представленого після публікації попередніх результатів, тобто тез або постерних повідомлень, представлених на наукових конференціях.

Статті, оформлення яких не відповідає вказаним вимогам, розглядатися не будуть.

General Information

The Collection of Papers “ Hematology & blood transfusion: interdepartamental collection” is publishing the original data and reviews on contemporary issues in Hematology and transfusiology. Authors should follow the provisions elaborated by editorial staff according to recommendations of the MH of Ukraine and Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals (ICMJE Recommendations, formerly the Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts);http://www.icmje.org). Papers are published in Ukrainian or Russian and English.

Manuscripts submission

Editorial review of manuscripts is launched upon submission of the following:

1. one copi of manuscript (printout) of the paper in Ukrainian or English signed on the last page by all the authors;
2. a license agreement for the use of the work in two copies. The text of the contract at the request of the authors is sent by the editorial board;
3. information on all authors including the family name, first name and patronymic, scientific degree, academic rank, position and place of work (in Ukrainian and English);
4. the covering letter / petition from organization where the work was performed (or letter by the author);
5. electronic versions of papers in two languages fully identical to the printout; the file name is to be specified in Latin according to surname of the first author.

Maximum length of the original articles should not exceed 12 pages, of the reviews –20. A larger length of articles may be accepted on an individual basis by the decision of editorial board.

Manuscript Preparation and Submission

Requirements

The submitted papers should be typed in MS Word for Windows (font Times New Roman, 14, spacing 1.5, paper size A4 (210 x 297 mm) page margins at all sides 2 cm, numbered pages). If the MS Word feature “Review” was used, then before saving the file one should cancel the “Review” function and then use the function “Accept all changes”.

Order of manuscript components should be the following:

1. paper title
2. initials and surnames of authors
3. institution title  where the work was completed.
4. abstract
5. keywords from 5 to 7 words or word groups corresponding to the paper content
If the language of the article is Ukrainian, then the title of the article, surnames of the authors, initials of the institution where the work was performed, abstract and keywords are also given in English.
If the language of the article is English, then the title of the article, surnames of the authors, initials of the institution where the work was performed, abstract and keywords are also given in Ukrainian.

The paper title is to be as short as possible, conclusive with no acronyms. If authors have different affiliations then each surname is to be marked at the end with a superscript figure indicating the respective affiliation. The corresponding author should be marked with an asterisk. The corresponding author should state clearly if his/her e-mail address could be shown in a published paper.

The surname, first name, patronymic, post and e-mail address, phone numbers (office, home or cell) of the corresponding author are to be denoted on the last page.

The abstract of the original article (not less than 1800 characters without spaces, taking into account the title, but without taking into account the name of the authors) should be structured, that is, it repeats the headings of the article sections: a) aim; b) materials and methods; c) results and discussion; d) conclusions. The abstract of the review articles is unstructured.

Text. The paper should be carefully edited and verified by the authors. Corrections and notation in handwriting are not allowed. The content presentation should be clear, with no long introductions or repetitions.

All symbols and names of units of physical quantities must be states in accordance with the International System of Units (SI). If the research is carried out on the devices which give values in other units it is necessary to convert those in the SI submitting at that the non-system units in parentheses. International classification of Diseases last revision, the names of pharmaceutical preparations – according to the International non'proprietary names (INN) naming system. Abbreviations are not permitted, except common ones. Abbreviations (capital letters only) are included in the text only after the first mention with a complete decoding.
The data presented in the tables should not duplicate data graphics and text, and vice versa.
Authors are solely responsible for the content and the consistency/accuracy of data given in the paper.

Reports of Original Data should contain the following clearly delineated sections: 1) Introduction, 2) Aim, 3) Materials and methods, 4) Results and discussion, 5) Conclusions, 6) Acknowledgment and 7) References. Review articles may be unstructured or divided into sections.

Introduction. Problem set up in a general terms and its relationship with scientific and practical tasks, analysis of recent research and publications which discuss this issue and on which the author rests upon both with unsolved aspects of the problem, to which covers the paper are to be highlighted.

Objective of the paper (assigning the objective). Study objective or tasks or otherwise the hypothesis to be tested are stated.

Materials and methods. Study design and data analysis should be described briefly, but clearly, so that other researchers could reproduce the results of the study. References to conventional methods and a brief description with a link to a detailed manual of already published but not yet sufficiently known methods, description of new and substantially modified methods, with justifying of their use are provided here. Only the new methods are to be described in detail. The original names (with no translation) of devices, materials and reagents, companies/manufacturers should be submitted. This section should clearly and thoroughly describe how the patients were selected for observation or animals for experiments (among them the control groups), including selection and exclusion criteria.

Species, sex and number of animals, methods of anesthesia for manipulation(s) or biological material sampling for laboratory tests, methods of euthanasia of animals in accordance with the “Rules of work with the use of experimental animals” should be described in experimental studies.
Clinical studies should be conducted in accordance with the standards of the “Good Clinical Practice” and principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. Study participants must have read and understood the purpose and main provisions of the study and then must sign the written consent to participate in the study.

Authors should provide details of the procedures specified in the description of the study protocol and point out that the Committee on Medical Ethics has approved the study protocol. At the end of section “Materials and Methods” a subsection “Data Management” is placed, where author describes the applied respective methods.

Describing the study structure and statistical methods it should be pointed out what statistical package and computer software available for the average user were applied in statistical management of the results. If possible, we recommend to use the standard statistical methods with reference to known manuals and text-books. For the new or non'traditional statistical methods the relevant references should be denoted, where a detailed description of mathematical methods and algorithms is provided.

Authors of the review articles should include there a section with explanation of methods used for data search, selecting, obtaining and synthesis.

Results and discussion – presentation of the main content of research and explanation of scientific results.

 Results. They should be presented in a logical sequence in the text, tables and figures. It is not necessary to repeat the data from tables and figures in the text, one should only discuss and compare them.

 When summarizing the quantitative data not only relative (e.g. per cents), but absolute values should be provided with specification of statistical methods used for analysis.

Expressing the gratitude (acknowledgements) is stated if necessary.

Illustrations. The figures should be clear, the photos – rich in contrast. The figures should be placed in the body text (added in separate files), names of pictures and descriptions should be submitted under the figures. All curves, letters, numbers and other symbols on figures should be described there. Links to the main text are permitted to avoid repetition and misreading. The magnification and staining should be specified in descriptions of photomicrographs. Figures (diagrams, graphs, charts, pictures) are to be submitted in black and white, the diagrams – made as MS Word charts or in MS Excel format. They should contain all the necessary notation of coordinate axes, curves, and other details. All lines, curves, symbols denoting the axes should be clearly depicted (curved line being thicker than coordinate axes). All lettering on figures are to be in the language of article. Pictures with rendering and photos should be saved in TIFF or JPEG format.

Tables should be clear having the name and serial number and containing the necessary data in a compressed style. The dimensions and form of data presentation (M±m etc.) are to be specified. All figures, totals, and percentages in tables should be checked thoroughly and comply to the text content. Each table must be referenced in the text. All explanations, including expanding of abbreviations are given in the notes.

Formulas/equations are to be in the format of MS Equation labeled/enumerated in parentheses on the right. The long equations can be written in several lines. Symbols in mathematical formulas should be formatted in italic style, as uppercase and lowercase letters which hardly differ in their writing: P and p, Cand c, K and k, etc.

Discussion. Includes only the interpretation of results, and not repeat them. New and important aspects of the results of the study should be provided with an analysis of possible mechanisms or interpretation of the data and a possibility to compare with those from other researchers. Substantiated recommendations for practice and possible application prospects of the results of future studies can be included in discussion.

Conclusions. The results are to be represented on solving the problem stated in study/paper title and objective.

References should not exceed 15 sources to the original papers and 50 sources to the reviews. Preference should be given to publications in the recent years.

Sources of literature are to be placed in order of mentioning in the text. References in the text are denoted as Arabic numerals in square brackets. References to unpublished works are not permitted. Author(s) are responsible for the accuracy of data given in the references.

List of references in Ukrainian/Russian-language version of the article is to be prepared in accordance with State Standard of Ukraine (DSTU GOST) 7.1:2006.

References in the English version of paper are provided in full, but all Ukrainian/Russian sources should be presented in a transliterated form. Name of the author and of magazine, collection, etc. are to be transliterated, and title of the article is to be translated into English. Transliteration of Ukrainian sources should be guided by the Decree No 55 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from January 27, 2010 “On Regulation of Ukrainian transliteration in Roman letters of the alphabet”. One can use the online service http://www.translit.ru For a convenience in transliteration of Russian sources. To form the list of references it is advisable to use the standard “Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals”. The standard is based on the format recommended by the

National Information Standards Organization ' NISO, adopted by the National Library of Medicine (NLM) database (MEDLINE/PubMed Library database):
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/citingmedicine. Titles of periodicals should be abbreviated according to the style adopted in the Index Medicus. Usually this form of writing is accepted by the editorial board of periodical itself, and can be found on the site of publisher or in the list of abbreviations of Index Medicus.

Acknowledgments (if necessary).

Financing information. The source of funding should be indicated - all persons and organizations that have provided financial support to the research (in the form of grants, donations or the provision of equipment, reagents, supplies, medicines, etc.), as well as those who have participated in other financial or personal contributions that may lead to conflict of interest. You do not need to specify the amount of funding.

List of used literature for original works should not exceed 20 sources, reviews - 50 sources, preference should be given to publications of recent years. References are provided in the order of reference in the text. The links in the text are indicated by Arabic numerals in square brackets. References to unpublished works are not allowed. The author (s) are responsible for the accuracy of the data in the literature. Make a list of literature according to Vancouver style. . You can find guidance on how to list your literature at:

or other resources. The list is drawn up in two versions - "Literature" in the original language and "References" in English.

Multiple publications. Editorial board does not accept the manuscripts submitted simultaneously for publication to other journals, as well as works that are foremost already published as articles or are a part of another paper, provided or accepted for publication in other printed source or electronic medium. This does not preclude the reviewing of articles not accepted for publication by another journal, or a complete description provided after the publication of the preliminary results, i.e. abstracts or poster presentations presented at scientific conferences.

Articles not meeting the specified requirements will not be accepted.
